William J. Bosso has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a director since March 2006. Since December 2004, Mr. Bosso also has been the Chief Executive Officer of Nortia Capital Partners, Inc. ("Nortia"), a publicly traded merchant banking firm, and has served as a director since October 2004. Previously, he served as a director and president of Nortia Capital Partners, Inc., a Florida corporation ("Nortia Florida"), from April 2003 until December 2004, when it merged into Nortia. Mr. Bosso has served as a consultant to privately and publicly held corporations for the past 14 years. Prior to that, Mr. Bosso was an account executive with Paine Webber. Mr. Bosso has been a consultant to businesses in the telecommunications, insurance, airline, medical, entertainment, stock transfer, financial communications, restaurant, and golf equipment industries. Mr. Bosso brings significant experience in the public markets, including numerous contacts in all aspects of operating a publicly held business. He has assisted in bringing companies public, through forward mergers, reverse mergers, and acquisitions. He has provided financing personally, and through traditional means of private equity investment. Mr. Bosso also has extensive experience in financial public relations, with access to a vast number of public relations and financial communications firms.
Bruce A. Hall has served as our Chief Financial Officer and a director since March 2006. Mr. Hall has significant public company experience and has previously worked as a senior financial executive with extensive experience in the real estate, energy, financial services, consulting and manufacturing industries. Since May 2003, Mr. Hall has been a consultant providing financial and management services for a number of public and private companies. Since January 2006, Mr. Hall has been the Chief Financial Officer of Nortia Capital Partners, Inc., a publicly traded merchant banking firm. Additionally, since May 2004, Mr. Hall, as a consultant, has been the interim Chief Financial Officer of RG America, Inc., a publicly traded company that provides a broad array of synergistic products and services that addresses several key financial aspects of the commercial real estate market. Since January 2005, Mr. Hall, as a consultant, has been the interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Dent Zone International, Inc., a private company providing after market services for the automobile market. From May 1999 through May 2003, Mr. Hall was the Chief Financial Officer of Probex Corp., a formerly publicly traded used oil recycling company that filed for protection under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in May 2003. Previously, he held senior level positions at Recognition Equipment, Inc., Harris Adacom Corporation, and was a multi-family housing developer. Mr. Hall began his career in public accounting with Arthur Young & Company, a predecessor of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Hall is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas, a licensed Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Charles L. Hill has served as the operator of Charles Hill Drilling, Inc., a Texas based oil and gas operating and drilling company since May 2005. Mr. Hill has significant energy experience and relationships, with specific focus in the acquisition, development and operation of oil and gas properties. Mr. Hill has been involved with all facets of oil and gas operations including as a field worker, supervisor, manager, operator, developer and owner. Previously, Mr. Hill formed and operated Trinity City Capital, a private venture firm, Trinity City Mortgage, a private mortgage business and he was a partner in a firm that operated and built hotels in the Dallas, Texas area. Additionally, Mr. Hill previously owned and operated W.A. Hill & Sons, Inc., one of the largest Gulf Oil Company jobbers in the country. Mr. Hill is a 1969 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in business and a minor in psychology.
