Charles Hill Drilling, Inc. (CHD) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Knight Energy Corp. CHD is an oil and gas drilling company that's management has significant energy experience and relationships, with specific focus in the acquisition, development and operation of oil and gas properties. The management of CHD has been involved with all facets of oil and gas operations and previously operated W.A. Hill & Sons, Inc., one of the largest Gulf Oil Company jobbers in the country.

CHD owns and operates its own drilling equipment as well as employs its own drilling crews.
